Pecan Candy

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ stick butter
  • 2 cups pecans

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla, and butter all together.
  2. Cook to soft ball stage.
  3. Add pecans and cook a little longer.
  4. Take off fire and beat until candy starts to harden.
  5. Pour out on wax paper and let cool.
  6. Cut in pieces. Eat and enjoy.
