Sherry Cake

Ingredients

1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
½ cup water
½ cup Wesson oil
½ cup chopped pecans

Sauce

1 block butter
⅔ cup sugar
¼ cup sherry
¼ cup water
Boil for 3-4 minutes.




Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in mixer for 3-4 minutes. 
  2. Pour into well greased and floured bundt cake pan that has been lined with chopped pecans
  3. Bake ar 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  4. After cake is baked, prick it with a fork and pour sauce over it and turn on cake pate.
