- Sherry Cake
1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
½ cup water
½ cup Wesson oil
½ cup chopped pecans
1 block butter
⅔ cup sugar
¼ cup sherry
¼ cup water
Boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients in mixer for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour into well greased and floured bundt cake pan that has been lined with chopped pecans
- Bake ar 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
- After cake is baked, prick it with a fork and pour sauce over it and turn on cake pate.
